"Freshly harvested, excellent quality, generous quantity, well packaged. Good communication with company. My family enjoyed each morsel, particularly my fussy vegetarian granddaughter who does not eat the supermarket mushrooms! Wipe gently with damp clean cloth. Slice entire mushroom into long strips. Add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil to fry pan, season lightly with a pinch of Celtic salt (available at IGA). Stir on low heat with a wooden spatula/spoon until golden brown approximately 6 minutes (give or take). Add teaspoon good quality butter, stir, serve. Enjoy! Onion, garlic, lemon juice, parsley or coriander are all optional ingredients. Do not overseason as the mushrooms have a wonderful delicate flavour that does not need enhancing. Stir until golden brown, do not overcook. 6 minutes to 10 minutes depending on quantily. Serve as a side dish, in risotto, casserole, pizza topping, delicious mushroom soup. Don’t expect left overs, this is truly a treat for everyone."
