Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We're a small business and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we always work hard to make sure our customers are happy with their orders. But, we're only human and mistakes can happen!

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

 

Received the wrong item?

If we’ve sent you the wrong product, we apologise! Please let us know as soon as possible by shooting us an email with a photo and we will send out the correct item or issue a refund if requested.

 

Item Damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@themushroomconnection.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Changed your mind?

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind after ordering, please let us know as soon as possible and we will fix the order providing it hasn’t been sent out. If it’s already been sent out, you may return the product for a refund (excluding the shipping cost). Once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be undamaged and in it’s original condition, a refund will be issued.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

This return policy does not apply to Grow Kits unless you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged. These are a perishable item.

If you’re having trouble with your Grow Kit, please let us know and we will help you get your kit growing. Grow Kits contain a living organism that can sometimes (but very rarely) refuse to co-operate.
